Free Licence has been created by PCS reps working for the DVLA in an attempt to be able to communicate to a wider audience without the censorship restrictions imposed on us by management when using Groupwise.
It is intended to allow staff to keep themselves up to date with current issues and campaigns which affect us all and submit comments and questions safe in the knowledge that they can be posted anonymously.
